My husband and I went to Costa Rica for two weeks for our honeymoon in December 2009. Pet Attention, LLC cared for our two indoor only apartment cats while we were away. We were extremely satisfied with our service. Every day we were gone, Pet Attention emailed daily updates on our kitties to both of us. The updates often contained detailed information on what the pet sitter had done that day and even what our kitties had done that day, too! The daily emails were very informative, timely, reliable, and comforting, and we could enjoy our honeymoon knowing that our kitties were safe and happy and being properly cared for every day. We were satisfied with the rate we were charged and feel that we got an excellent value and service for what we paid. We were very thankful that Pet Attention had no hesitation about visiting our kitties on both Christmas and New Year’s Day. We feel that we could not have gotten a better deal on the pet sitting services we needed, and we feel that the pet sitter of Pet Attention went above and beyond the call of duty and gave us an excellent value. We have just used Pet Attention for the first time to take care of our cat, Daniel, while we were out of town. The McCloy family was very satisfied and comfortable with Donna providing pet sitting services for our beloved Yorkie puppy, Chloe. Our previous experiences leaving our other Yorkie, Gidget with the vet proved a sad experience for her. She would come home barely able to bark and depressed for 3 or 4 days after. With Donna's service, Chloe was treated like the star she is. Daily walks, playtime and "play dates" at Donna's house with other dogs, left Chloe in the best of moods. She was her usual charismatic self when we returned from vacation. Donna even helped with extra things like watering the lawn in the hot summer days, opening and closing blinds, turning on and off interior and exterior lights and getting mail, all the while keeping in touch with updates via text messaging. She was always available and returned voicemails right away. We will definitely be using Pet Attention from now on when time away from home beckons - thanks Donna!!!!!

I read all your notes and wanted to say a HUGE thanks for all the extra stuff that you did - I appreciate you changing the litter boxes, taking out trash - not necessary but it just proves that you go above and beyond the call of duty while taking care of your clients animals. "As pet owners who travel quite a bit, it was a huge relief for us to find Donna. She is wonderful with our dog Alex, and although he is always happy to see us when we get home, we can tell he has been well cared for while we're gone. We also have a fish tank, so it's great that she is willing to feed the fish for us as well. Not only do we have piece of mind about our animals, but also with leaving the house in her care. As you know we never book airline reservations until we find out that you are available to keep Rocky and Lucy. The one time that I mistakenly made reservations and you were unable to keep the dogs, I had to use another provider. We had such a horrible experience with them, we flew home early. I can not say enough about the superior service and care Pet Attention provides. We have been to numerous kennels for boarding our dog in the past, always to come home and find his voice hoarse from barking the whole time we were gone. The very first time we used Pet Attention we were amazed by how much calmer our dog was - we could actually see how happy he was to have been in his own environment and cared for so personally.
